Revenue Sources Policy

TJCSS is committed to transparency regarding its funding and operating model.

The journal does not generate revenue through:

  • Article processing charges
  • Submission fees
  • Peer review fees
  • Publication fees
  • Page charges
  • Colour figure charges
  • Subscription fees
  • Pay per view access
  • Paid fast track review
  • Paid acceptance
  • Commercial advertising

The journal’s operating expenses are supported by its owner, publisher, or sponsoring institution.

The website should state the exact legal name of the organization providing this support.

Editorial Independence

Financial support does not influence:

  • Initial screening
  • Reviewer selection
  • Peer review reports
  • Acceptance or rejection
  • Publication order
  • Corrections
  • Retractions
  • Expressions of concern

Editors make decisions on academic and ethical grounds.

Future Changes

If TJCSS introduces a new revenue source, it will be disclosed clearly on the website before implementation.

Any future author fee will be published with:

  • Exact amount
  • Currency
  • Purpose
  • Payment conditions
  • Effective date
  • Waiver arrangements, where applicable

No payment will guarantee acceptance or favourable review.

Important: Replace “owner, publisher, or sponsoring institution” with the exact legal name of the organization that actually funds TJCSS.
