Author Charges Policy
The Journal of Contemporary Social Sciences does not charge authors any fee at any stage of manuscript submission, review, or publication.
There are no charges for:
- Manuscript submission
- Initial editorial screening
- Plagiarism checking
- Peer review
- Editorial processing
- Article processing
- Language assessment
- Copyediting
- Typesetting
- Publication
- Online hosting
- Tables or colour figures
- Supplementary material
- Corrections
- Article withdrawal
- Accessing or downloading published articles
TJCSS does not charge an Article Processing Charge, submission fee, publication fee, page charge, membership fee, editorial processing fee, fast track fee, or any other mandatory author fee.
The journal does not offer paid priority review, paid fast track publication, or guaranteed acceptance. Financial considerations have no influence on editorial screening, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or publication decisions.
The no fee policy applies equally to all authors regardless of:
- Nationality
- Country of residence
- Institutional affiliation
- Academic position
- Research funding
- Professional status
Because TJCSS does not charge author fees, a fee waiver policy is not applicable.
If the journal introduces any charge in the future, the type of fee, exact amount, currency, payment conditions, waiver arrangements, and effective date will be clearly published on the journal website before the fee takes effect. Authors will not be charged a fee that was not disclosed before submission.
All published articles are freely available to readers. Readers are not required to pay, register, or subscribe to access journal content.
